Annapolis Rotary Speaker Series

The Rotary Club of Annapolis has announced speakers for November, with luncheon meetings at noon at the Annapolis Yacht Club on Compromise Street in Annapolis.

Nov. 3 – Robert C. Leib, Special Assistant for BRAC/Education to John R. Leopold, County Executive, Anne Arundel County, will discuss the current status of the federal government’s Base Realignment And Closure (BRAC) recommendations and their impact on the county.

Nov. 10 – Glenn Kunkel, a spokesperson for the Wounded Warrior Project, will share his inspirational story of courage and integrity and how WWP has aided him in recovery and the transition back to civilian life.

Nov. 17 – Classification Talks will be given by two of the club members, who will discuss their careers and their involvement in Rotary International.

Nov. 24 – No meeting – Thanksgiving.
