We Care And Friends Dollar Days

Local non-profits are having a hard time keeping the doors open and continuing support as the public and private funding is diminished. We Care and Friends Director, Larry Griffin, is hitting the streets next Tuesday through Thursday, September 13-15th, in Annapolis for “Dollar Days” to raise money for his organization. Larry says, “We know the economy is tight but it is not so bad that we can not give up a dollar to help somebody.” If you see Larry on the streets, hand him a buck, because we believe every dollar counts to helping those in need.
We Care and Friends, a 501c3 non profit, was established in 1990 by Larry Griffin to provide dignity and resources to those in need. We Care and Friends is the “place to go” for people who have no where else to turn for food, housing, clothing, drug treatment, family counseling, and employment in Annapolis and Anne Arundel County.
