The Summit School’s 7th Annual Golf Tournament will be held on October 6th at The Golf Club at South River.

The tournament will include fun contests with exciting prizes such as a $10,000 Hole-In-One contest. Net proceeds benefit the students and faculty of The Summit School.

Last year’s tournament attracted more than 110 golfers, even after rain postponed the originally scheduled date. The goal this year is to match or exceed last year’s attendance. The Summit School holds events throughout the year to raise funds for the school. The golf tournament is the second largest event of the year for the school.

This year’s tournament sponsors include Stohlman, Beuchert, Egan & Katula, Chartered; Annapolis Cars; CommerceFirst Bank; The Reynolds Family; Rachelle Millison; Metro Test & Balance, Inc.; and Friends Foundation. Additional sponsorships are available. Lunch for the tournament will be generously donated by The Steakhouse in Edgewater.

Sponsorship opportunities are still available. Registration fees are $155 for individual golfers and $620 for a foursome.
