Have you ever wondered if those “senior moments” are something to worry about? How about the physical changes you’ve noticed and aren’t too happy about?

Learn more about “Aging: What’s Normal, What’s Not,” a Caregiver Workshop offered by the National Family Caregiver Support Program at the Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities. In this fun-filled informative workshop, you will discover how to recognize the difference between normal and abnormal changes with age and what it takes to age successfully.

The free workshop will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. June 22 at O’Malley Senior Activity Center, 1275 Odenton Road, Odenton; and from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. June 28 at Pascal Senior Activity Center, 125 Dorsey Road, Glen Burnie.

The workshop will be presented by Mary Fridley, registered nurse and founder of Gero-Resources LLC. To register, call 410-222-4464, Ext. 3043, or go online to www.aacounty.org/aging.
