Two teen girls have been charged with robbery and theft after police said they stole hair from a beauty store and punched the store’s owner in the face. Anne Arundel County police were called to AK Beauty in the 5600 block of Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn Park around 6 p.m. Tuesday after getting reports of a theft.
