UPDATE: From WJZ in Baltimore, the suspicious package appears to have contained baby powder and all crews have been released.
Annapolis City fire crews and Anne Arundel County hazardous materials teams are responding to a suspicious package at 16 Francis Street in Annapolis.
This is the same building that had a suspicious package “ignite” on January 6, 2011.
