100 Club Annual Recognition Banquet

The 100 Club of Anne Arundel County will be holding their Annual Recognition Banquet on Monday May 2, 2011 at Michael’s Eighth Avenue, 7220 Greyburn Drive, Glen Burnie, MD at 6PM. The banquet will memorialize public safety heroes who have lost their lives in the line of duty, present unsung hero awards to outstanding public safety personnel, and honor Duke G. Aaron Scholarship recipients.

The banquet includes dinner, a silent auction, big band music from Ain’t Misbehavin’, and various activities. The guest speaker for the event will be Commissioner Frederick H. Bealefeld III of the Baltimore City Police Department. Tickets are $65 and can be purchased from Charlie Parks at 410-437-3139 or Shari Brandt at 410-431-7191.

The mission of the 100 Club is to provide supplemental benefits to the families of firefighters, law enforcement officers, and emergency medical service personnel, both paid and volunteer, who lose their lives in the line of duty in Anne Arundel County.
