Borders Files Bankruptcy; Annapolis Store May Be Safe

Borders has filed for bankruptcy protection and is planning on closing 200, or nearly a third, of its stores nationwide. From documents filed with the bankruptcy case, it appears that the store in Bowie will be a casualty, but the one in the Westfield Annapolis Mall will remain.
