Local businessman, Steven Dannenmann, orchestrated the purchase, assembly, and distribution of 150 Christmas gifts to those served by Bello Machre throughout Anne Arundel County, Maryland.  The Dannenmann group included Mary Dannenmann, Cathy and Karen Kamosa and Glen Hendricks. “This very generous donation was especially meaningful as it affected each and every person served by Bello Machre – truly a gift from the heart.” Bob Ireland, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bello Machre, commented.

Each of the 150 gifts was personalized and gift wrapped with care and attention.  Steve Dannenmann commented, “Our intention was to give back to a wonderful organization and staff. It just feels great to help people who face challenges in their life each and every day.  What’s a little extra shopping and wrapping.  It was a lot of fun for all of us.”

Steve Dannenmann has been in business for 22 years providing accounting and financial support to small businesses and individuals.  The company, Steven Dannenmann, CPA, employs four professionals and is located in Glen Burnie, Maryland.  Steve, a CPA and graduate of the University of Baltimore, resides in Severn, Maryland.

Bello Machre, founded in 1972, means Home of My Heart in Gaelic. It is a non-profit organization in Anne Arundel Country, Maryland that provides homes and support to children, teens, adults, and seniors with developmental disabilities.  More importantly, Bello Machre enriches the lives of those served through loving care, guidance, and opportunity so that they can live life to its fullest.  Employing 300 skilled professionals, Bello Machre manages 54 homes and serves hundreds of people residentially throughout Central Maryland.  Through its Support Services Programs, Bello Machre provides help and support to children and adults in their own homes. The Ray of Hope Program helps people obtain respite care, specialized summer camp, physical therapy, and specialized equipment. Bello Machre also provides residential respite care and support during family hospitalizations, emergencies, and vacations—24-hours a day, seven days a week.  It serves children and adults without regard to race, religion, gender, or national origin.
