UPDATE 1:54 pm 01/17/2011: Multiple sources are reporting that Justin Raddie was an employee of Adams Ribs in Edgewater and the son of Madonna Brennan who was a candidate for State Delegate in this past election.
UPDATE: 10:04 am 01/17/2011: Edgewater Patch is reporting that the body has been identified as Justin Paul Raddie, 28, of the 900 block of Echo Bay Court in Gambrills.

WBFF, Fox 45 in Baltimore is reporting that the Anne Arundel County Fire Department has recovered the body of a 20 to 30 year old man from a frozen retention pond on Stepneys Lane.
Crews were called to the scene around 9:30am when a neighbor noticed a hole in the ice. Search crews were able to recover the body from under the ice. More details to come.
