Man Stabbed At Arundel Mills MallAnne Arundel County police have made three arrests in connection with a stabbing at Arundel Mills Mall.Police were called to the mall’s food court at about 8:30 p.m. Saturday and found an 18-year-old man who said he had been stabbed by an unknown person.The victim was taken to Shock Trauma with non-life-threatening injuries and released.Police have arrested Keyo Marlo Allen, 17, and Deandre Jamar Simms, 20, both of Columbia. A juvenile was also arrested.

Friends Mourn Slain Glen Burnie Man. Loved ones who planned to help a young Glen Burnie man celebrate his 21st birthday are now mourning his death.Officials said Misael Abdias Flores died from his injuries Saturday after being shot inside Mr. Wings & Pizza restaurant on Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard Friday. “It’s very hard. Sometimes I look back and want to call him up and hang out … but he’s not there,” said Marvin Ramirez, a friend of the victim.Four men walked into the restaurant and announced a robbery. Someone in the group shot Flores before they all ran away, according to investigators.

Prince George’s County Executive & Wife Arrested. The U.S. attorney’s office in Maryland said federal authorities arrested Prince George’s County Executive Jack Johnson and his wife on destruction of records and evidence tampering charges.Johnson and his wife, Leslie, were arrested Friday morning. The investigation dates back to 2006 and centers on charges that Prince George’s County developers giving things of value to elected officials in exchange for favorable treatment.

5K Honors Woman Killed By Distracted Driver. Harford Community College is preparing for its second 5K Walk/Run in honor of a woman who was killed by a distracted driver.The second annual Heather Hurd 5K Walk/Run will be held Nov. 20.After graduating from HCC in January 2008, Hurd was on her way to meet her wedding planner in Disney World when her life came to a tragic halt. She was killed by a distracted tractor-trailer driver who was texting behind the wheel.”I had to go in one hour’s time from planning a wedding to planning a funeral,” said her father, Russ Hurd. “It’s indescribable what you go through.”
