Foster Grandparents Appreciation Day

Nearly 50 participants in the county’s Foster Grandparents Program enjoyed an Appreciation Day with games and a luncheon held by the Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities at Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church in Severna Park. Kristin Plumer, program director, presented citations for years of service. Marie Wallis and Romaine Parker each have the longest amount – 23 years of service.
