Store Clerk Shot In Glen Burnie

A 48 year old clerk working at the 7-11 at the intersection of Baltimore & Annapolis Boulevard and Marley Station Road in Glen Burnie is dead this morning.

According to Anne Arundel County Police, shortly before 3:40am, three men entered the store with one waving a gun. The clerk tried to run, but was shot several times as he was fleeing.

The suspects fled on foot toward Marley Neck Boulevard. At this point, police are investigating this as a robbery (as opposed to a murder).

  1. We live down the street from the 7 -11 where this horrible crime took place. We know the clerks there as my family and I frequent the store all the time. We are outraged and so saddened by the senselessness and cruelty of this
    cowardly act. We don’t know the name of this man but
    knew him to be hard working and so very kind. He became a part of the neighborhood and it was such a pleasure to know him.
    He will be missed.
    I wish I knew his name as my family and I would like to send our heartfelt condolances to his family and let them know that he made a difference in our lives.
    Is there any way to find out his name? Do you know?
