Tonight At The Latin Quarter

While Eye On Annapolis is just over a year old, our Facebook page is turning a year old today.  With over 20,000 fans, we decided to celebrate the achievement.

Tonight, we celebrate. Please join us in supporting our local businesses at our Facebook Happy Hour at  The Latin Quarter where we will have $1 ponies, $2 Dos Equis, $2 mini margaritas, and special deals on appetizers. The party is from 6-7pm on the roof, but plan on staying a while and spending some time in Annapolis.

To help us celebrate, we asked some local officials to weigh in. We thank Mayor Josh Cohen, County Councilman Chuck Ferrar, County Executive John R. Leopold, Delegate Ron George, Senator John Astle, and Governor Martin O’Malley for taking time out of their schedules to help us make an “Anniversary Video”.

And finally, we also had a contest to name specific people and places in and around Annapolis. The winners got to select some great prizes donated by these local businesses:

  • Brusters Ice Cream
  • Back Creek Jewels
  • The Rockfish
  • Uptown Redesigns
  • MacMedics
  • Annapolis Shirt Company
  • Crab Nation
  • Curtis Real Estate
  • Simply Organized
  • Baby To Be Images
  • Verizon Wireless
  • Capital Custom Tailors
  • Annapolis Athletic Club
  • Mary & Blanche
  • Bead Soup
  • PSS Medispa
  • Tastings Gourmet Market & Artisanal Cheese Center
  • Whole Foods Market at Annapolis Parole Towne Centre
  • Eddie Arrossi Photography
