Man Arrested In College Fondling Cases. Police in Anne Arundel County have arrested and charged a man with several sex offenses.Dori Joseph Costa, 43, is accused of assaulting women on college campuses, including at the University of Maryland at College Park and at Anne Arundel Community College. Police said Costa approached one victim as she was sitting in her car.

Ehrlich Doesn’t Rule Out Senate Bid. Former Maryland Gov. Robert Ehrlich said Tuesday supporters are urging him to run for U.S. Senate instead of governor, and he said their suggestions are “in the mix” as he considers his options. Ehrlich, who became Maryland’s first Republican governor in a generation when he won in 2002, has been testing the waters for a 2010 run for governor by traveling around the state to meet with voters.

Police Link 3 Rapes To Same Man. Maryland State Police are on the search for a man they said has raped three women in the area.Officials have linked rapes in Denton, Annapolis and Frederick to one man through DNA.The first rape dated back to 2004 in Annapolis.Officials said in all three cases, the women were pulled or lured into a car while walking along a street.

Boyfriend Of Missing Woman Charged With Murder.  Baltimore County police have arrested the boyfriend of a woman who disappeared in November and charged him with first-degree murder.Frederick Allen Christian, 30, of Baltimore, was arrested late Monday night in the slaying of Jerryell Foster, who disappeared from her Lutherville home on Nov. 25.
