6 Injured In Glen Burnie Fire

Infant Hospitalize With Life Threatening Injuries

Six people were injured in a fire in Glen Burnie this afternoon including a toddler who is at Johns Hopkins Hospital with life threatening injuries.

Careless cooking appears to be the cause of a fire that injured six people at The Willows Apartments in Glen Burnie this afternoon. A 2 year old boy is in serious condition at John Hopkins with life threatening injuries. Additionally, two girls, 8 and 9, were admitted to Johns Hopkins with less severe injuries. A 38-year old man and a 25-year old woman were taken to Harbor Hospital with minor injuries and another 19-year old woman was taken to Baltimore-Washington Medical Center with serious injuries.

The Willows Apartments are located off of the Baltimore Beltway in Glen Burnie.
