Armed Robbery In Laurel

Suspect Still At LargeAnne Arundel Police Department

Last night at 10:45pm, the Parkway Crossing Exxon on Laurel-Ft. Meade Road was robbed.

According to police, a black man entered the store as the cashier was counting out his cash register. He brandished a handgun, demanded the money and fled with the money and cigarettes. The employee complied and was not injured.

The police responded with a K-9 team and requested help from the Howard County Aviation unit but were unable to locate the suspect and he is still at large. The employee described the man as a  black male, approximately 30 years old with an average build, 5’10’”, 160 lbs, wearing a black sweatshirt with white print on the right shoulder and left breast, dark pants, black canvass shoes with white soles and a black cloth tied around his face.
