Suspicious Person/Vehicle
On August 27th, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. the Annapolis Police Department received a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of the 300 block of Gibson Road in Parole. Three juveniles reported they were approached at approximately 6:30 p.m. by a suspect who was operating a light blue four door vehicle that may have a hatchback. In addition, the vehicle had front end damage and a malfunctioning head light. One juvenile reported the operator of the vehicle told the juveniles to get into his car.
The operator of the vehicle is described as a black male, bald, medium build and approximately 40 years old.
Residents are asked to contact the Annapolis Police Department should they observe the vehicle in their neighborhood or for any other suspicious activity. In addition, parents are asked to discuss with their children the danger of talking to strangers and what they should do when approached by a stranger.
