Four Manholes Displaced After Sewer Explosion. Fire officials said four manholes were slightly displaced in a small sewer explosion Tuesday in downtown Baltimore.Fire Department Chief Kevin Cartwright said the incident happened shortly before 6 p.m. at Fayette and Eutaw streets.
