So You Think You Can Dance Party

A Fun Time At City Dock

The Mayor’s Office just released the following press release yesterday afternoon at 5:15 p.m.  It sounds like a fun time and hopefully you can get out on such short notice!

Annapolis Mayor Ellen O. Moyer isn’t concerned if YOU can dance, but hopes you will all come out and support Annapolis native Caitlin Kinney on the TV program “So You Think You Can Dance.”

Almost 8 million people watched Caitlin Kinney last Wednesday night and this Wednesday, July 8th, we want you to see our Annapolis Superstar on network television.

1430 WNAV Radio will play music and host a “Dance Party” from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Susan B. Campbell Park at City Dock. Bob Duckman will play the music and anyone who wants to “strut their stuff” can do so! While most of us could not come close to Caitlin’s recent performances, come on down and show off your talents, because at 8:00 p.m. the music is turned off and the TV is turned on to watch Caitlin in action. Comcast is helping provide technical support for the viewing party.

Let’s all show the Kinney family that we support our local girl. Come down to City Dock for the dance and viewing party at Susan B. Campbell Park.  Again, the dance party is from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and the viewing party is from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
