had to check out the blunder. unfortunately, your source was incorrect. had you waited until the print edition came out, you would have seen underneath the ad, it’s for bill bateman’s bistro. don’t advocate truth in reporting if you can’t comply. don’t advocate investigating stories if you can’t abide. step up, be better than the crapital, i mean the capital, and give us truth in reporting, even with the little things. for the little things can turn a believer into a non believer of all things written/reported on your website and i really like your website!
The paper was pulled from the box on Tallwood Road (off of Edgewood Road) around 430pm yesterday. It was at the bottom of page A-13 in the lower left corner. There is a large Lord & Taylor ad taking up the right side of the page.
The ad was immediately below the ANNOUNCEMENTS section and it was scanned and posted in it’s entirety.
Now, I am not sure if the Capital is running two editions or not, but I can assure you that what you see is what was actually there in print
The ad is in the paper today and is not on the bottom corner as it was yesterday and it did indeed have the Bateman’s logo on the bottom!
