The Public Service Commission has temporarily delayed the imminent turn offs for thousands of BGE customers. In the wake of gigantic electric bills, many consumers have fallen behind and were subject to their service terminating on April 1.
This temporary stay will allow BGE to work with the PSC to formulate a program to get those that are late caught up. The plan is to be revealed at an April 7th PSC meeting.
