Rising Sun Inn: Witness to History

Join the Friends of the Rising Sun Inn on Saturday, October 21st, 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., at the historic Rising Sun Inn located at 1090 Generals Highway for the Rising Sun Inn: Witness to History with Dr. Robert Selig. Dr. Selig is the Project Historian to the National Park System, Washington Rochambeau Revolutionary Route, Historic Trails Project. His presentation will focus on the September 1781 journey that took French Troops and General Washington himself through central Anne Arundel County and right by the Rising Sun Inn. Admission is $30 for Friends of the Rising Sun Inn members and $35.00 for non-members and includes a reception following the speaker.
