Crosby Marketing Communications continues to grow

Kelly Heritage & Jimithy Hawkins

Crosby Marketing Communications has welcomed two new members to its growing staff of 78 professionals. Kelly Heritage and Jimithy Hawkins have been hired to support the agency’s three specialized practice areas of Healthcare, Government, and Nonprofits & Causes.

Kelly Heritage joins Crosby as an Integration Director and will manage communications and outreach programs for Military OneSource, which serves enlisted personnel across the globe. She has more than 15 years of agency experience leading strategic campaigns for consumer-packaged goods, government and corporate clients. This includes managing marketing programs for five house brands for The Home Depot account while at IMRE. From 2006 to 2015, she served as an Adjunct Professor at Towson University teaching “Principles of Strategic Public Relations and Integrated Communication.” Kelly earned a M.S. degree in Corporate Communications from Ithaca College and a B.A. in Communications from Salisbury University.

Jimithy Hawkins will serve as a Communications Clearance Manager on Crosby’s contract with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). He has more than nine years of public health experience having managed communications and outreach programs for the Pennsylvania Department of Health and D.C. Department of Health. Jimithy is a graduate of Penn State and earned a MBA from Shippensburg University.
