AACPL announces 3rd Annual STEM Festival

Officials for the Anne Arundel County Public Library (AACPL) today announced the exciting schedule of events making up the third annual county STEM festival. The event celebrates the importance of science, technology, engineering and math in our everyday lives.

Programs, open to all ages, include:

 

The Anne Arundel County STEM Festival is sponsored by AACPL, 4-H, Annapolis Dragon Boat Club, Annapolis Opera, Anne Arundel Community College, Anne Arundel County Public Schools, Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works, Army Research Lab, Center for Applied Technology North, Captain John Smith Chesapeake National Historic Trail, Chesapeake Arts Center, Chesapeake Conservancy, Fort Meade Alliance, Judy Center, Key School, NASA, National Capital Radio and Television Museum, Oyster Recovery Partnership, Smithsonian Environmental Research Center, University of Maryland Cooperative Extension and Westfield Annapolis.
