Police arrest teen for flashing women on the B&A Trail in Severna Park

On August 12, 2017 at approximately 1:45 p.m., officers responded to the area of the B&A Trail near Jumpers Hole Road for an indecent exposure. The adult female victim reported she had a conversation with a male near the trail. As they were speaking the male exposed his penis to her. The male suspect then fled the area on foot. Officers and park rangers canvassed the area but were unable to locate the suspect.

On August 18, 2017 at approximately 12:00 p.m., officers responded to the area of the B&A Trail near Jumpers Hole Road for an indecent exposure. An adult female bicyclist stated as she passed a male on the trail he exposed his penis to her. The victim was able to retrieve her cell phone and capture an image of the suspect. An officer saw the photograph and was able to positively identify the suspect.

Detectives responded to the suspect’s address and he was arrested without incident. The suspect was charged on juvenile citations with two counts of indecent exposure and released to his parents.
