Jeanneau will sponsor the 2017 United States Sailboat Show Take the Wheel Interactive Workshop which will be held October 6th, 7th, and 8th, the Annapolis Boat Shows announced today.
Take the Wheel is designed for sailors looking to match the best boat with their personal sailing needs. The morning classroom style instruction by renowned expert and author Ralph Naranjo, covers sailboat options, how to maximize boating pleasure and budget, and what you need to accomplish before you leave the dock with your new boat. In the afternoon participants are treated to two on-board sailing experiences aboard a selection of monohulls and catamarans of various sizes and styles. The boats in the program will be located within the show itself on Dock E2.
Take the Wheel was developed as an opportunity for couples or individuals to demo sailboats, compare one against the other, fast track their boating knowledge, and narrow the search for their new boat. Continental breakfast, lunch, evening social hour, and tickets to the United States Sailboat Show are included.
“Jeanneau is thrilled to sponsor the 2017 Take the Wheel Interactive Workshop,” said Catherine Guiader, Sales Director, Jeanneau America. “One of our missions is to introduce people to sailing and provide an opportunity to see the fun community that it is.  With a rich 60-year history of boat building, Jeanneau is committed to being part of educational programs that help individuals, couples, and families get on board and be one step closer to realizing the sailing lifestyle of their dreams.”
Sailboats provided by Jeanneau include:
·  Sun Odyssey 389
·  Sun Odyssey 419
·  Sun Odyssey 479
·  Sun Odyssey 519
“These four new Jeanneaus are a wonderful addition to this full day educational program.
