The Chesapeake Bay Beach Club is recognized as the region’s premiere venue for extraordinary waterfront weddings, special events and corporate functions. Since its opening in October 2015, The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club has been ranked as a Top 15 Luxury Hotel in Maryland according to US News & World Report and has been accepted into the Southern Living Hotel Collection by Time Inc.
Construction on the second phase of The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club will begin in November 2017 with an anticipated completion date of June 2018. The next phase will consist of Inn Too, a new standalone farm style building featuring 18 guest rooms and suites and 5 one bedroom cottages. Inn Too will sit across The Inn’s gardens from the existing structure and will complete the initial Inn quad.
Opening in spring 2018 and located adjacent to the Potting Shed and within Hops Gardens, a Splash Garden has been designed to give guests of all ages a place to relax and play. The Splash Garden will feature three multi-tier dipping pools with abundant lounge furnishings to be enjoyed by hotel and spa guests.
Chesapeake Bay Beach Club has partnered with DAS Architects, Ryan Associates, Restoration Hardware and Southern Living on the design for phase two. The interior design for Inn Too will be in collaboration with Restoration Hardware featuring all RH furnishings, fixtures and accessories.
In 2020, The Residences at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club will begin construction creating a one-of-a-kind rental active living community that will focus on the four pillars of Southern Living – Home & Garden, Style/Beauty, Travel and Food. The Residences will be able to utilize all the amenities offered to hotel guests including concierge services, housekeeping, pool, fitness center and resident discounts.
