County police arrest trio for string of thefts from autos

On July 12, 2017 officers responded to a convenience store in Brooklyn Park, Anne Arundel County for a credit card fraud. The victim advised her debit card that was stolen in a theft from auto was used at that location. Officers reviewed surveillance footage from the store and recognized the suspect as Joshua Chaney.

An investigations and search warrants revealed that the below three suspects were involved in over ten separate thefts from autos ranging from Pasadena, to Brooklyn. In the search warrant over 60 pieces of property were recovered and returned to the victims. This investigation is still on-going and additional charges are pending.
