Glory Days Grill opening near BWI

glory-days-grillGlory Days Grill, a locally founded, sports-themed family restaurant operating 29 corporate and franchised restaurants in 4 states, has signed a lease to open a new restaurant at Nursery Landing on West Nursery Road near BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport. This will be the company’s seventh location in Maryland and their third in Anne Arundel County with an anticipated opening during the spring of 2018.

“We are extremely excited to open our third Glory Days Grill restaurant in Anne Arundel County,” said Bob Garner.  As an Anne Arundel County resident for the past 40 years and a 1975 graduate of Northeast High School in Pasadena, Garner is personally invested in Maryland’s economy. “Each of our restaurants employs 80 to 100 team members.  We will hire over 100 people for restaurant positions that will be available to my fellow Anne Arundel County residents and will support the local economy in and around Linthicum.”

The new Nursery Road location will feature over 7,000 square feet of dining, bar, and patio seating, with an abundance of TVs broadcasting the latest sports, news and entertainment programming.  Guests will enjoy a large bar which opens to a covered patio and multiple seating options for travelers, business meetings, office parties, families and sports teams. Like all Glory Days Grill restaurants, the Nursery Road location will focus on product excellence with the highest standards in food quality and safety, a love of sports, and a dedication to the community. The Nursery Road restaurant will provide fundraising programs for local schools and teams, and managers will accept applications for team sponsorships starting in the spring of 2018. Each year, Glory Days Grill restaurants donate over $400,000 to schools and teams through sponsorships, fundraising and other community programs.
