International Music Day on Oct. 1 will be observed in Annapolis by the appearance of Estonian violinist, Mari-Liis Uibo, who will give a free concert at 12 Noon on that day in the Rotunda of the Maryland State House State Circle Annapolis, Maryland
The classically trained violinist, Ms. Uibo, will present selections by well-known composers. She has gained recognition in Europe by performing with the leading symphonies of countries such as Estonia, Russia and in Scandinavia.
Her local appearance is sponsored by World Artists Experiences in cooperation with the Embassy of Estonia and the Maryland Secretary of State’s Office and the Office of International Affairs. Maryland Is a Sister State of Harju County in Estonia.
