The show offers guests an opportunity to discover improvements and enhancements for their home in one great location and will feature over 70 companies showcasing kitchens, baths, decking, countertops, sunrooms, exterior products, heating and air conditioning, geothermal systems, solar energy systems, alarm and security systems, closet organization, design and build and more, plus free educational and entertaining seminars and attractions!

For the first time ever at the Annapolis Home Expo, Raptors, Birds of Prey will be on display. Raptors Up Close is an organization dedicated to educating the public about the fascinating world of raptors. Started by the father-son team, Howard and Jason Caldwell, Raptors Up Close is dedicated to educating the public about the fascinating world of raptors. Licensed to possess and handle live birds of prey, Master Falconers, and licensed raptor educators, their knowledge has also been a resource for raptor rehabilitation and raptor veterinarians.  Come see their amazing birds up close and learn all about raptors in our area. White House Chief Floral Designer Laura Dowling. As Chief Floral Designer at the White House for 6 years from 2009 until 2015, Laura planned and implemented decorations for major events at the White House, including the White Hose Christmas, state dinners, the presidential family quarters, an imposing portfolio of literally thousands of large and small events, floral arrangements, table settings and innovative volunteer projects.  Laura’s talk will focus on innovative ideas for seasonal decorating and entertaining at home, including specific tips for creating fall craft and floral projects, including holiday decor.  In addition, she’ll provide behind-the-scenes insights and anecdotes from her White House years and a preview of her forthcoming book “Floral Diplomacy at the White House,” which will be published in October.  Sat. Home Organization Expert Rachel Jennifer will present seminars on fall and holiday organizing Sat. Sept. 24, 11AM. Get ready for the fall and holiday with seasonal organization tips. Lisa Winters from the Master Gardeners of AA County will present a seminar on the importance of bees and how homeowners can help on Sunday, Sept. 25, 2PM. Bee prepared to learn about these important insects, and bring all your other garden questions for Lisa. Want to find out what that antique or collectible is really worth? Bring it to the show to for FREE appraisal by expert Todd Peenstra of Peenstra Antiques. Todd is unbiased, and does not buy, sell, or trade in antiques, so guests will receive honest input. Free Appraisals will run Sat. Sept. 24, 10am-6PM and Sunday. Sept. 27 noon-5PM. Wine Sampling and sales will also be available throughout the weekend compliments of local Maryland Wineries.

The Byzantium Event Center, (SS Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church)  is located at 2747 Riva Road, Annapolis, MD 21401. Ample adjacent parking is available, and the facility is handicapped friendly and food and beverage will be available for guests.
