First SundayThis Labor Day Weekend the Annapolis Arts District along West Street in downtown Annapolis will be packed with activity on Sunday September 4th. The newly expanded First Sunday Arts festivals will fill West Street with 130 artists and crafters from Church Circle to the Loews Annapolis Hotel with fun and unique shopping from 11am to 5pm.
