Rams Head Group, an Annapolis-based restaurant and entertainment company, will host a Grand Opening in celebration of opening their fifth restaurant location, Rams Head Dockside, on July 16, 2016.
The celebration begins at 11 AM and continues all day with giveaways, food and drink specials, and live music.
Rams Head Dockside, formally Reckless Ric’s, is located on Furnace Creek, off the Patapsco River. The location has dockage for boats, allowing guests to arrive by water or by land. Like all of the Rams Head restaurants, Rams Head Dockside is dining focused, community driven, and family-friendly.
“We are excited to add another community focused location to the Rams Head family, especially one with a sandy beach!” said Michael Lechner, Vice President of Operations. “We knew when we first walked in this was the perfect place to expand our brand.”
Renovations allow Dockside to accommodate more than 400 guests. Updates include new indoor and outdoor furniture, signage, landscaping, flooring, ceiling, and exterior and interior paint. Rams Head Dockside offers a kids menu, Sunday Brunch, free live music every Friday and Saturday night, Happy Hour Monday through Friday with drink specials and free food, and Trivia every Thursday.
“Along with a new restaurant, Rams Head brings both adult and family friendly events to the community”, said Royal Bundy, Vice President of Marketing. “We are excited to offer the same great experiences guests have come to love at Rams Head such as beer release parties, breakfast with Santa, Sunday Brunch, free Root Beer Float Day, and many more.”
Giveaways for the grand opening include tickets to concerts at Pier Six Pavilion, tours at Fordham and Dominion Brewery, Rams Head Gift Cards and more. Drink specials include $3 Fordham Drafts, $5 Margaritas, $5 Orange Crushes, and $5 Frozen Drinks. Live music begins at 2 PM and there is no cover charge to join the celebration.
