Food and drink: are you a beer lover or wine connoisseur? Beer vs. Wine with your meal… is it preference or pairing? Sure, much of it derives from preference but if your food is paired perfectly with a complementing taste would you step outside your comfort zone for something new?
Blackwall’s award-winning Chef Zachary Pope has created a 4-course menu for a “Beer vs. Wine” dinner (menu below) Tuesday, July 19 at 7 pm. They have enlisted the pairing skills of local sources to match each course with a beer and a wine. Guests will enjoy each course with a sampling of the wine and beer and then make the determination- which flavor pairing mates best?
Join friends and neighbors for an evening of taste exploration and conversation at Blackwall Hitch (400 Sixth Street, Annapolis), Tuesday, July 19, 7 pm. $75 per person, $140 per couple. Reservations required 410.263.3454.
