Champion Realty ranks 7th in “Top Workplace” survey

Champion RMTIFor the second consecutive year, Champion Realty has been voted “Best Place to Work” by its own agents and staff, placing seventh on a list of similar sized companies. One hundred and fifty companies were ranked from 3,147 invited to participate.  

Last year Champion ranked 17th in the same survey.   

“It’s especially gratifying to know our agents and staff moved us up even further on the list this year,” says Jon Coile, President and CEO of Champion. “The culture at Champion is something created by each and every one of us and this just validates that we’ve all built something special the just keeps getting better.”

 “We have a unique company here. While we are an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway at the top of the Fortune 500 list, we are also family oriented and deeply care about our team members. We truly have the best of both worlds,” remarked Bette Evans, Champion’s Director of Human Resources.

The survey, conducted by Workplace Dynamics, asks employees to rate their jobs, their leadership and the health of their organization. They also rate thinks like values, mission and culture. To be included in the top tier, employees must indicate their belief in the company’s goals, direction and inclusiveness. More than 52- thousand Washington area workers responded to questions.

Agents who work at Champion say the family-like atmosphere and administrative support provide a comfort level that enables great success.
