Our Chef’s Table Wine Dinners are 5-courses of haute cuisine prepared by Chef Pope (menu below) with each course matched with a complementing wine.
Throughout the meal, Chef Pope will discuss each course, sharing his thoughts about the food and explaining the selection of ingredients and how they interact. A guest sommelier will be on hand with information on each wine pairing and why it was chosen to complement the meal. It is an evening of experiential dining…food, wine and discussion. Limited seating is available.

Second course:
- Clam Chowder with Fried Clam and Pork Belly Skewer
- Wine: Newton Red Label Chardonnay
Third course:
- Pan Roasted Scallops with Truffle Potato Planks, Basil Oil and Chives
- Wine: Vueve Clicquot Champagne
Fourth course:
- Bison Short Ribs with Empanada, Desert Slaw and Pomegranate Molasses

Fifth course:
- Crispy Hazelnut Chocolate Bars
