Annapolis firm taps into growing cannabis market with Brand Joint

Brand Joint

Brand JointTo celebrate their launch, Brand Joint, a branding agency designing exclusively for the cannabis industry announces “Win A Brand” — a contest exclusively for entrepreneurs in the cannabis industry. Brand Joint is excited to give away $10,000 worth of branding strategy and design to a visionary owner of a dispensary, processing or cultivation center, or company that produces a cannabis-related product.

One lucky cannabusiness will go through the Brand Discovery process and receive a custom-designed logo and product packaging design — for FREE.

As laws continue to change regarding the legalization of medical marijuana and adult use in the United States, Owner and Chief Creative, Jennifer Culpepper sees the opportunity to lead the industry through strategic branding and creative design.

She encourages business owners in the cannabis industry who reside in a state where medical or recreational marijuana is legal to enter “Win A Brand.”

“We see cannabis branding on a similar trajectory to artisan foods and craft beverages. Cannabis connoisseurs want high quality, consistent products. The packaging and other visual elements of the brand will be crucial in communicating the brand promise to discerning consumers. ‘Win A Brand’ allows cannabis entrepreneurs to take their business to the next level.”

Through thoughtful design and branding, Brand Joint aims to alter the perception of cannabis use and its users. With over 20 years of experience helping companies grow through branding and design, Brand Joint offers services that include brand research and discovery, strategic planning, brand management and logo, identity, website and packaging design.

“Win A Brand” entries must be received by 11:59PM EST on March 31, 2016. The winner will be announced on April 20, 2016. For more information about Brand Joint and how to “Win A Brand,” visit brandjoint.com.
