Annapolis moves to Level 3 Emergency for #Snowzilla

Annapolis Mayor Michael Pantelides announced that the city will go to a Level 3 Snow Emergency at 10 a.m. today.

A Level 3 Snow Emergency prohibits all vehicles from operating on any street within the corporate limits of Annapolis except snow equipment, emergency vehicles or others authorized by the mayor.

Public Work crews were deployed on Friday at 4 p.m. and have been focusing on clearing Snow Emergency Routes in an effort to keep them passable. They will remain on 12 hour shifts through the duration of the storm.

See attached chart for more information on snow removal expectations during and after the storm.
