AACC CLASSES

Jan. 4 – College re-opens at 8:30 a.m. after winter break; winter term begins.

Jan. 18 – Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, no classes and college closed, online services available

Jan. 18 – 8 a.m. (doors open at 7:30 a.m.) The 35th annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Breakfast, David S. Jenkins Gymnasium, AACC Arnold campus, 101 College Parkway; sponsored by the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Breakfast Committee, the public gathers annually in a celebration of the legacy of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.; keynote speaker is Kevin Powell, nationally known writer, speaker and activist; participants are asked to donate canned goods as part of a food drive sponsored by breakfast co-sponsors, the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity; tickets at $35 are available by calling Eugene Peterson at 301-538-0887 or Erica Matthews at 443-761-9734. http://www.aacc.edu/newsonline/2015/11/MLKKeynote2016.cfm
