“Margaret Libson was a dynamic force in the national organization and the Annapolis Section of the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) and gave real voice to our efforts to improve the quality of life for women, children and families in our community,” said Carol Ann Hecht, NCJW president. “This scholarship is such a fitting memorial to her and her life that we are honored to sponsor it and hope others will join us to make this an even more lasting memorial.”
