Each 2,975-square-foot townhome will include four levels of finished living space, complete with a private elevator, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, and a high-end kitchen. All will feature a brick exterior, rooftop deck, front courtyard, walkout balcony, two-car garage and two additional parking spaces. Prices start in the high-$700s.

“We are excited to offer these exclusive, stylish townhomes within steps of the unmatched amenities and conveniences at Annapolis Towne Centre,” said Michael DeStefano, President of Sturbridge Homes. “At Towne Row, homeowners will have everything they need for an ultra- convenient and lively lifestyle. There is really nothing like it in the greater Annapolis area.”
