HHHunt announces the grand opening and ribbon cutting for Spring Arbor of Severna Park in Severna Park, Maryland on October 29, 2015 at 4:00 pm. The first Spring Arbor community in Maryland, it includes 78 senior apartments featuring spacious studios and one and two bedroom suites, as well as a variety of services for assisted living and dementia care supported living.
Spring Arbor of Severna Park provides a quality approach to senior living care, such as the use of individualized care plans that focus on a level of care rather than a la carte pricing, which is more thorough and cost efficient for residents. The community also boasts a spa, salon, multiple libraries, sunrooms, inviting commons spaces and restaurant-style dining. Additional amenities include a wellness room with state of the art equipment for physical and occupational therapy needs and transportation to medical appointments
“We’re very excited to officially open our doors,” said Lindsay Levesque, Associate Executive Director for Spring Arbor of Severna Park. “This beautiful new community serves as a beacon for seniors in Severna Park. With incredible amenities and activities, we proudly offer seniors and their loved ones high-quality, respectful and personal care.”
Similar to all Spring Arbor communities, there will be an emphasis on resident activities, such as art and music programs like the successful “Art from the Heart” program. This vibrant arts program provides residents with an outlet for their own unique creativity and allows them to enjoy meaningful communication and expression through their art.
“The vision of HHHunt is to improve the world and how people live,” added Rich Williams, Senior Vice President of Senior Living at HHHunt. “The incredible team at Spring Arbor of Severna Park will help us realize this vision by providing dignified and compassionate care to our residents and their loved ones. HHHunt owns and manages 21 senior living communities in Maryland, North Carolina, and Virginia. We’re thrilled to open Spring Arbor of Severna Park and expand our service to local residents and the greater community.”
