Towne Row will be built on Somerville Road, right next to Whole Foods and just steps from Annapolis Towne Centre’s premium mix of retailers, restaurants and services. Each 2,975-square-foot townhome will include four levels of finished living space, complete with a private elevator, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, and a high-end kitchen. All will feature a brick exterior, rooftop deck, front courtyard, walkout balcony, two-car garage and two additional parking spaces. Prices start in the high-$700s.

“We are excited to offer these exclusive, stylish townhomes within steps of the unmatched amenities and conveniences at Annapolis Towne Centre,” said Michael DeStefano, President of Sturbridge Homes. “At Towne Row, homeowners will have everything they need for an ultra- convenient and lively lifestyle. There is really nothing like it in the greater Annapolis area.”

This is Sturbridge Homes’ second development within Annapolis Towne Centre. It also built GrandView, the luxury condominium building in the mixed-use destination. The company was recently honored with a “Builder of Integrity” award from Quality Builders Warranty and has also been recognized as “Builder of the Year” by the Homebuilders Association of Maryland.
