Cooper’s Hawk Winery to move into former Cadillac Ranch location this spring

Coopers HawkGreenberg Gibbons announced today that Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant will open a 2-story location in Spring 2016, off the main circle of Annapolis Towne Centre.

Cooper’s Hawk is an innovative concept that combines both a casual, upscale restaurant with a winery, Napa-style tasting room and artisanal retail store. It boasts a full menu of modern American dishes designed to complement its award-winning wine collection, sourced from some of the best grapes from around the world. Cooper’s Hawk’s new location at Annapolis Towne Centre will be 9,773 square feet; its main entrance, retail store and market will be on the ground level next to Eastern Mountain Sports, while its restaurant and wine bar will be located directly above on the second level next to 24 Hour Fitness and Ziki.
