It’s that time of year again when the kids are heading back to school and the daily routines are back in action. Whole Health Designs  is introducing more healthy habits and whole health designstargeting healthy kid lunch ideas for back-to-school this fall along with an easy way to help adults get back into the routine of eating healthy.

Focusing on a healthy and pleasant transition back into the school year, lunchbox ideas include healthier alternatives for snacks and packed lunches for stress-free weekday clean eating. With healthier alternatives for lunchboxes, the idea is quick eating without dismissing nutritional value.  A downloadable fun cheat sheet along with 50 Healthy Snack Ideas (free printable download with recipes) is available on Whole Health Designs Blog  to help parents on the go with packing lunches.

The kids aren’t the only ones who are getting a healthy boost! The Eat 21 Clean Challenge is a practical way to eat healthy food consistently with spelled-out, detailed menu plans, easy and quick recipes, and shopping lists for 21 days; a refreshing start from summer for the rest of the family. Whole Health Design Founder, Lisa Consiglio Ryan, will be coaching, motivating and keeping all enrolled in the challenge accountable during these 21 days.

Those who sign up for the challenge will receive 21 Days of Healthy Menu Plans, Recipes and Shopping Lists (all vegan and gluten-free), removing all the guesswork along with support from Lisa Consiglio Ryan. To sign up for the challenge, visit: http://wholehealthdesigns.com/eat-clean-21/.
