Annapolis malpractice attorney selected a “Best Lawyer in America”

Paul WeberHyatt & Weber, a full service law firm, today announced that Paul J. Weber has been selected for inclusion in the 2016 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.® The annual Best Lawyers directory identifies attorneys who are considered by their peers to be outstanding in a particular practice area.

Mr. Weber centers his practice on civil litigation and commercial matters. He is experienced in the areas of medical malpracticepersonal injury, products and premises liability as well as contractual and insurance coverage interpretation. He also represents medical professionals before administrative and licensing boards and provides advice concerning issues involving licensing, insurance and business practices faced by professionals.

Mr. Weber is a member of the American Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, the Anne Arundel Bar Association, the Maryland Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice. He practices in all Maryland trial and appellate courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Weber is a Case Facilitator and Court Designated Mediator for the Circuit Court of Anne Arundel County, and a Medical Malpractice Mediator for the Circuit Courts of Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Active in his community, Mr. Weber has served as president of the Archbishop Spalding Board of Directors, president of the James Madison University Alumni Association, board member and officer for Sisters Academy of Baltimore, and treasurer of the Ed Block Courage Foundation. He currently serves as a Member of the Character Committee for the Fifth Appellate Circuit of Maryland. He is a Trustee of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.

A graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law (1983), Mr. Weber completed his undergraduate study at James Madison University (1980).
