On Saturday, May 30th, 2015, animal lovers of all ages will tee off for a worthy cause that will help give pets at the SPCA of Anne Arundel County a second chance. The event will be held at Compass Pointe Golf Course located at 9010 Fort Smallwood Road in Pasadena.
The Golfing for Hounds and Hearts event will benefit the SPCA of Anne Arundel County and Dare to C.A.R.E. which are two of Anne Arundel County’s leading non-profits. They are joining forces to promote their shared mission. Saving people and the pets they love. It has been firmly established that owning a pet reduces one’s risk of having a heart attack, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol and increases heart healthy physical activity. By supporting this event you will bring lasting happiness and longevity to area residents. Participants are encouraged to register at http://golf.kintera.org/houndsandhearts or by calling Rita Melvin at 410-268-4388 x121 or by e-mail at [email protected]. [do action=”blackwall-hitch”/] |
