Community Center to bring their rock to Metropolitan Kitchen & Lounge

Entering the music scene in 2011, Community Center wasted no time proving that they were a force to be reckoned with. Their blend of indie chamber rock and grandiose narrative captivates you from the very first note and leaves you hooked until the very end of the set. When performing, Community Center tells beautiful stories and radiates passion which in turn motivates the crowd and makes the experience one you will never forget.

Their most recent accomplishments include winning First Prize at the 2014 Underfunded Film Festival for their music video This Time Felt Different to Me. Three tracks off of their last album have been in rotation at numerous radio stations on the east coast. Community Center has also led parades and played in large music festivals.

Community Center will be spending their entire summer touring the country to promote their newest album.

Community Center features Brian Loeper, guitar, vocals, banjo, piano; Lacey Anderson, accordion, vocals, violin, piano; Danny Benbow saxophone, clarinet, penny whistle, piano, vocals; Dave Chen drums, glockenspiel, vocals; Zachary Mattix bass, guitar; Tracey Shindledecker violin, vocals, melodica; Steve Bainbridge cello, vocals and Amanda Rife trumpet, vocals.
