1 dead, 5 injured after Route 50 accident in Annapolis

The Anne Arundel County Fire Department responded to an accident on Route 50 eastbound between Route 665 and the West Street (MD450) exit around 12:50 pm. They located a single vehicle that  had rolled over several times.

An adult female was ejected and deceased at the scene. Additionally, a 35 year old female was transported to Johns Hopkins Trauma Center and four minors, ages 17, 15, 13, and 8 were transported to Johns Hopkins Children’s Center.

All of the patients transported suffered serious injuries; injuries are not believed to be life threatening. The Maryland State Police are investigating the accident!
